1. Certification:

• Partners will receive a one-year Authorized Certificate, validating their official partnership with Car Express.

2. Experience:

• Prospective partners must have a minimum of two years of experience in the used car market, specifically in the purchase and sale of vehicles.

3. Shop Requirement:

• Partners must own or rent a shop with a minimum size of 10×20 square feet in an established car market within a city.

4. Security Deposit:

• A security deposit is required to ensure commitment to the partnership:
• 1 Lac for partners in cities.
• 2 Lac for partners in state capitals or metro cities.

5. Marketing and Support:

• Car Express will provide the following to its partners:
• Shop branding in line with the Car Express brand image.
• Support for shop opening events.
• Brand promotion initiatives.
• Advertisement campaigns on social media platforms.
• Assistance with press releases and newspaper advertisements.
• Organization of dealers’ meetings.
• Comprehensive training programs covering sales and financial operations.
• Partners will receive sales and financial support to ensure a successful partnership.

6. Revenue Sharing:

• Car Express agrees to distribute 50% of the profit generated from the online platform in the partner’s location. This amount will be calculated monthly and disbursed to the partner’s designated account.

General Conditions:

• Partners must adhere to Car Express’s operational standards and brand guidelines.
• Partners must seek approval for any self-initiated marketing materials or campaigns that involve the Car Express brand.

Deposit Terms:

• As long as you remains an authorized dealer of Car Express your security will deposit.

Duration and Renewal:

• This agreement is valid for one year from the issuance of the Authorized Certificate and is renewable upon mutual agreement and satisfactory performance.
• Termination of the agreement can be initiated by either party with a 30-day written notice prior to the end of the current term.

Legal Compliance:

• This agreement shall be governed by the laws of India, and any disputes arising will be resolved in the jurisdiction where Car Express’s head office is locate.
