1. Eligibility
– The 1-year free service warranty (covering labor and washing) is available to all customers who purchase a used car from Car Express Auto Mall.
– The warranty applies only to vehicles purchased through Car Express Auto Mall and is non-transferable.
2. Coverage
– The free service warranty covers the cost of labor and washing for specified services outlined below at all Car Express Authorized Workshops in India:
– Regular maintenance services such as oil changes, filter replacements, and fluid top-ups.
– Basic repairs to mechanical and electrical components, subject to the terms outlined in section 4.
3. Exclusions
– The free service warranty does not cover damage or defects resulting from:
– Accidents, collisions, or misuse of the vehicle.
– Improper maintenance or neglect of recommended service schedules.
– Modifications or alterations made to the vehicle without prior authorization from Car Express Auto Mall.
– Normal wear and tear expected with the age and mileage of the vehicle.
4. Service Terms
– All warranty-related services must be performed at Car Express Authorized Workshops in India.
– Customers must present a valid proof of purchase and warranty certificate when requesting warranty services.
– Car Express Auto Mall reserves the right to inspect the vehicle and determine the eligibility of warranty claims.
– Any repairs or replacements covered under the warranty will be carried out at no cost to the customer, excluding any deductible fees specified in section 5.
5. Deductible Fees
– A nominal deductible fee may apply for certain warranty services, as outlined in the warranty certificate provided to the customer at the time of purchase.
– Deductible fees, if applicable, must be paid by the customer at the time of service.
6. Claim Process
– Customers must report any issues or concerns covered under the warranty to Car Express Auto Mall within the warranty period.
– Claims will be processed promptly upon receipt of the necessary documentation and verification of eligibility.
– Car Express Auto Mall reserves the right to deny warranty claims that do not meet the specified criteria outlined in this document.
7. Modification of Terms
– Car Express Auto Mall reserves the right to modify or terminate the terms and conditions of the free service warranty at any time, with or without prior notice.
